Our Services

Support that's shaped
around your life.
Not the other way around.

We deliver a range of NDIS-funded supports across Ballarat and regional Victoria. Every service we provide is flexible and person-centred — built around what each participant actually needs, not a fixed package that gets applied the same way to everyone. If you're not sure what fits, get in touch. We'll work through it with you.

01

Skills Development

Building practical skills that create real independence — not just ticking boxes on a support plan. We work alongside participants to develop everyday abilities at their own pace, whether that's cooking and budgeting, using public transport, managing technology, or navigating social situations. The goal is always more confidence and more capability, in the areas that matter most to the individual.

In-Home Care

Support delivered where participants feel most at ease — at home. We assist with daily living tasks, personal routines, meal preparation, and household management. This isn't about doing things for people — it's about supporting people to manage their own environment in a way that works for them. Delivered by consistent workers who understand individual preferences and routines.

Community Access

Getting out into the community shouldn't feel like an exercise in logistics. We support participants to connect with their community in meaningful ways — attending events, joining social groups, exploring hobbies, and building the kind of connections that last beyond a support session. We focus on confidence-building and genuine participation, not just supervision.

Personal Care

Personal care is built on trust — and trust takes time to build. We approach this support with the patience, professionalism, and respect it requires. Our workers assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal routines in a way that preserves dignity and puts the participant in control. Familiarity matters here, which is why we prioritise consistent worker allocation.

Transport Assistance

Reliable transport support that keeps participants connected — to appointments, to community, to the things that matter to them. We provide consistent, punctual transport assistance for medical appointments, social outings, shopping, and more. No scrambling for last-minute arrangements. No unfamiliar drivers. Just dependable support that fits into the participant's routine.

Mentoring

Sometimes what makes the biggest difference is having someone in your corner who genuinely gets it. Our mentors work alongside participants to build confidence, self-advocacy, and resilience — not through programs or tick-sheets, but through real conversation and shared experience. Whether it's navigating daily challenges, setting personal goals, or working through tough moments, we show up consistently.
